I thought they weren't going to show Negan until the season finale. If that's true, then someone else is biting the dust next week.

Also with his comments about Darryl laying on the ground like crucified Jesus and it being forshadowing. He's doing that shite because he knows the Jesus character is about to be introduced.

I think Carl needs his eye shot out first so Negan can tell him the badass line, about how interesting a life he must have to be so tough at such a young age.

My guess at how the comic milestones will play out for the rest of this season -
-Next episode and mid season finale - herd busts through the walls, Jessie won't let go of Carl's arm as they are escaping the herd so Rick cuts her arm off and she dies, Ron tries to get back at Rick and shoots Carl's eye out
-Back half of season - Dwight kills someone in the group with Daryl's crossbow (I don't think it will be Abraham like the comics), when the group meets up with Dwight again Negan has burned half his face off, season finale ends with the introduction of Negan and Lucille, still not sold on if it's Glenn or not.
