If she hasn't had a miscarriage by the end of the season, she almost certainly will after she witnesses Glenn get his head bashed in. She will then become the leader of Hilltop.

I just posted in that thread and called it out. Us long time comic folks - those who, ya know, actually read the comics and don't just go looking for the info on wikipedia, do a pretty damn good job of not spilling comic shite in the NO COMICS thread. It's the dunderheads who get the spoiler info from the internet who prance around disguising comic plots as "speculation" and "predictions".
And starting the thread four days early???? Attention whore fake hodor.
That guy is also the idiot who swore for two episodes that the savior on Daryl's bike and the saviors who took Maggie and Carol weren't really saviors.
Hope the thread gets whacked.

Two signs that point to Glenn:
1- it had always been a big deal that he had never killed anyone...it wouldn't be a surprise that him finally killing a human would cause his demise
2- The fake death from the mid-season finale was likely a litmus test to gauge fan outrage at Glenn dying.

even funnier to me is all the woods supposedly around alexandria VA they keep wandering off into...there aint a tree within 100 miles of alexandria that didnt start life off in a plastic container
