As extremely hectic as my life is right now, I’ll be happy to read 1 book a month. We’ll see how that goes.

By the way, page counts of Kindle books are a bunch of malarky. For example, take book number 60. There are at least 3 Kindle versions available. 249 pages (975k), 252 pages (784k), and 319 pages (481k). Also, I've read Kindle books that are supposedly short that took much longer than normal for me; others have been just the opposite.

I'm getting tired of Thor. Any short novels y'all would recommend to read today? Fiction would be ideal

If you like sci fi at all - foundation, foundation and empire and second foundation are three great books all under three hundred pages. I don't read much sci fi and really enjoyed them, very smart writing which moves along quickly and a ton happens in those 275 or so pages.

I commute 4.5 hours per day(I don’t drive):

Therefore I have plenty of time to read. My only competition is answering emails and watching replays of LSU games on ESPN app. I’m also writing a screenplay.

I’ll set a goal of 48 books.

After a nice little intro to the year I’ve decided to throw a curveball into my challenge. After close to two years of stepping away from the series I’m going to return to The Wheel of Time. Starting A Crown of Swords today. Good luck everyone that is continuing their 2018 challenge.
