At first glance I'd much prefer Dunk and Egg movies over a series ending feature film.
Yeah, same here. I could see them doing Dunk and Egg or a Robert's Rebellion trilogy on the big screen, but that's it. When LOST was on the air, everyone thought there would be a LOST movie, but both Damon and Carlton thought that would be bullshite to their fans to make them pay 10 bucks to see the ending of it.

Well this is HBO- you are paying a lot more than $10 to see the series as now. Personally, I don't want an ending movie because even at 3 hours, it just won't be able to do even half the last book justice more than likely. But who knows, maybe the denouement of the series will be relatively shorter than the build up to it. I would think tWOW has to end on a pretty down note just so the final book can reach the final climax and afterwards.

can I just get TWoW? Screw Martin.
Although, if the title of that article was Roberts Rebellion, I might feel differently.
You have now made your full transition from Hodor to Illiterati.

Same here, except that I think Robert's Rebellion would be a good HBO miniseries. Dunk and Egg is definitely movie trilogy potential.

I really enjoyed Dunk and Egg. I assume would be a 4 movie series though with the 4th book of the saga delayed until at least after winds. So we wouldn't be getting it anytime soon.

Dunk and Egg only get one movie I am certain.
But who knows, heck The Hobbit get's three films and it was the smallest of the LotR books..
If anybody can lengthen out a tale it's GRRM.

Exactly; if they can't do a trilogy I think one or two movies would be sufficient.

Dunk and Egg trilogy sounds soooo goood.

Is there any chance we see Sandor reborn? Or Joffrey coming back?

Sandor is still alive.
Yes, and quite obviously.

He's still alive and going to be reunited with his Little Bird.

Tyrion dies soon IMO, and likely does something terrible in the process. The last excerpt GRRM released was way too clearly revealing the traumatic issues he deals with mentally. He has been balancing the line of messed up and being justified, think he tips the scales in winds.

There's no doubt that the Fat Man is going to crush my hopes and dreams, and I'm going to go protest on his lawn/sand/whatever greenery/topography exists in New Mexico.

Also, saw the world of ice and fire app is coming out. Anyone know if it has released already?

Pretty unlikely Tyrion dies before the last book, if at all. GRRM isn't going to go through all the crap with Tyrion the past couple books and just have him die soon. Pretty much all the major deaths serve some important function in the storyline.
Outside of Sansa I think he's probably one of the characters with the best chance to live IMO.
