Definitely a chiclet tooth now. That was a large gap to fill. Hard to tell from the video, but just stopping it and zooming in, it looks like the two front teeth are uneven - like they closed the whole gap by making one tooth wider instead of both. Can’t really tell without a good clear closeup though.

If you pay attention there was a 2nd visit.
