Here’s a quick bench + bodyweight routine for a light workout or a warm up to activate major muscle groups.

- Control & form over speed.
- Work on the mind-muscle connection so you will get more out of your workouts.
- This is a high rep circuit since we are just using bodyweight for resistance. I’m doing between 20 & 50 reps for each movement.
- Repeat the circuit three times.
