If this dumbass is allowed to play football this fall, idk how we're supposed to continue to take this sport seriously

Kids frick up sp what it’s all pay for play. Betting is everywhere now, don’t be shocked when kids want some action on it.

Sorsby loves to play the victim. He blames everyone but himself for his actions.

We've allowed our children the ability to stream porn, and gamble and act surprised when they are fricked up.

As we've seen in many areas, including politics, it takes only one judge somewhere in the U.S. to make a ruling, and the whole system is affected.

Every athlete sues the NCAA. A list of attorneys should be provided to all players in their orientation package when they arrive on campus.

What argument does this guy have to be reinstated? He broke the golden rule in sports now a days. Hes an idiot and deserves the consequences. You can’t be tolerating players betting on games.

Pretty much the argument that all of these athletes have been using to dismantle the NCAA structure. Some pretzel logic argument that this rule violates anti-trust laws. Won't work because the rule primarily functions to preserve the integrity of the competition. The fact that it might prohibit people with a gambling addiction from earning a living is secondary to preserving the product.

Am I the only one that laughed when they read this headline? It’s so absurd that it’s almost comical.

I guarantee you the judge will side with his mental illness and emotional distress and this guy will play this season.

WOW! What idiot is representing this guy? Good lord, THAT’S your excuse? A room full of agents and attorneys and that's the best they could come up with? This kid is so screwed.

When you put NFL l, NHL and MLB in Las Vegas. Make your own judgements about all these gambling issues that have been happening. It basically says its Okay to place a bet while you are playing.

Sounds plausible.

he'll play this year, proving how spineless the NCAA truly is.

The NCAA isn’t going to rule, the courts are. He is suing the NCAA to be eligible. The whole problem that started with Ed O’Bannon is that they are taking these cases to people that don’t have college athletics best interests. Until the courts say take it up with the NCAA, we’re not involved here, this will continue. The only judge that has ruled against a player was the Tuscaloosa judge who ruled Bediako ineligible.
