Had the best 2 days in Hawaii! I think I underestimate how little time (when spent right) it takes to relax and re-energize. For me that’s… nature, walking, slow mornings, massage, music, sunrises/sunsets, laughing…. And all of that leads to me feeling really grateful, which is a powerful emotion.

It can be a busy and stressful time of year so if you get a break… figure out what it takes to regroup quickly.

Oh, and I went there for work! Speaking for @cisco and playing golf with the ceo…. didn’t really feel like work.
