Jeff Landry, boldly leading Louisiana into the 18th century. I'll bet even that goober Tate Reeves in Mississippi laughs at Landry. His supporters are either pearl-clutching religious zombies or straight-up racists. Anything to get in line to worship at Trump's altar.

What a field-day for the heat
A thousand people in the street
Singing songs and carrying signs
Mostly say, hooray for our side

Kelly said, "It's the way it's scripted. I understand where the governor is coming from, but in my 33 years of coaching, I think I can count on one hand the number of times we've been out for the national anthem."

Duh! Now, the football team has to deviate from their pre-game preparation to satisfy the Governor. Advantage opponent! Will the Governor demand taking over play calling?

He’s a political clown. Most overrated AD in the country bowing to every nut job idea that comes across his desk.

Louisiana
Population 4,590,241
RANKINGS SCORECARD- out of 50 States
Crime & Corrections #50?
Economy #50?
Education #46

We can expect political ideology to TRUMP common sense, on a regular basis.

Where is all of the crime happening? New Orleans and Baton Rouge. When was the last time New Orleans had a republican mayor, who has been running Baton Rouge for the past 20+ years? Democrats have, you can thank them for all of their accomplishments in your post.

Sorry, Dude, BR and NO have the 12th and 16th rated crime index in the state of Louisiana. Murder rates are up 40% in states won by Donald Trump.

13. 3,732 Bunkie, LA / 4,127
14. 3,708 Mansfield, LA / 5,012
15. 3,623 Kentwood, LA / 2,181
16. 3,538 New Orleans, LA / 368,471

Louisiana has been in the bottom ten on most of the issues for decades. Until the poverty issues that are associated with black people are addressed these numbers won’t improve.

Kim Mulkey said, “It wasn’t intentional!” Enough said. She just won a National Championship and brought Louisiana a lot of pride and millions in revenues. Any excuse to not support her is DUMB, SELF-SERVING and
DAMAGING TO THE ENTIRE STATE!

Does that response mean they will be on court and stand? Or is it lip service.

They were praying in the locker room. The right wing social justice morons need to collectively pick a lane.

How hard is it to have your team on the court/field for the National Anthem? How stupid are the coach’s? Be on the field for the National Anthem. My gosh snowflakes

Isn't standing for this country's anthem nowadays pretty close to standing for China's or Russia's? We've implemented all 10 planks of Karl Marx's Communist Manifesto in this country. We're commies comrade...haha. You've just been too preoccupied to realize it.

Do you ever go to college games? It's a serious question. The only teams on the field are baseball teams. Basketball and foot all teams ate in their locker rooms after warm ups.

This is a convo the Gov and Scott should have had off line and in private.

Well he sent it to all LA colleges. But yeah, it would have kept him from looking like the dumbass commie we now know that he is.

Landry is crapping all over LSU. He is looking for political capital in the wrong place. He will deter a lot of great athletes away from Louisiana.

With the politically motivated policies LSU has put in place, it deserves to have some crap thrown at it. If LSU has to be a far left bastion to get athletes to show up, go somewhere else. The future of our state and country is far more important than athletes showing up at LSU.

Landry should not publicly criticize LSU.

And Woodward should not allow LSU Athletics to be a left wing politically entity. LSU Athletics should not have a comment or action on anything political. Just play the game and keep politics out.

Sounds like the governor was looking for a hand out, now that student athletes can openly make money.

Also, the thing is, is that LA has a full blown living and breathing constitution. They add amendments every 2 YEARS...5 - 10 of them! The constitution is supposed to be your foundational document that states exactly WHAT that gov is ALLOWED to do, and that's about it.

But the dumbasses in LA throw everything in there from school board taxes to amendments allowing the paving of a road...IN THE FCKN CONSTITUTION! There is NO DOUBT that this lil jewel will be voted on and added to THE CONSTITUTION! (if enough brainwashed sheep vote for it)
