He’s right. Sonny Dykes and Bill Clark don’t hold a candle to BK.

I would love to know the list. Not to criticize, just for sheer curiosity.

I have to say that I am pleasantly surprised with this hire. Never woulda thunk there was a good hire to be had when the names Riley, Jimbo, Napier, and Stoops were offered up over and over and over. First instinct is to say, "Nicely done," to Woodward. This one had to have been in the works for a little while to come to fruition so smoothly.

You still have to get coaches to come here, but not just any coach will do. He got arguably the best coach not named Nick that was out there. He plucked him from a team that may find itself in the CFP. Alleva couldn't do that in his wildest dreams.

Becuase Alleva would have expended ZERO effort, drove down highway 1, and hired the first Muppet he came across that claimed to love LSU.
