Well he must not have looked at Burrows numbers bc they were better than nearly everyone in the history of the sport.

... for 1 season. Pretty sure Colin is talking about Tua's career at Bama.

So was Tua's! He has only had one good season!

Hey doubledown, has Tua played an entire season? Glass jaw

He is truly the dumbest individual in sports.

Great. Let's hope the Bengals take Tua so Burrow can go to a team that wants to win.

Cowherd just speaks to hear himself talk. If he were an owner of an NFL franchise he wouldn't draft Tua in the Top 10. And,if he expects anyone to believe he would bet his franchise on Tua over Burrow...then he is delusional and I mean clinically.

Both will be great QBs in the right organization. I doubt either will succeed in Cincinnati.

He is a total arse clown! One week he is all over the Patriots then the next week says Brady is old and Mahomes and the Chiefs are the future of the NFL.

Purple and Gold glasses off: Look - Tua has shown flashes of absolutely dominating QB performance. He throws guys open, detaches from the pocket smartly, has incredible vision coupled with quick decision-making and makes plays with his brain, arm and feet. He might go to a team who builds around him and win 3 or 4 Super Bowls over a 15 - 18 year career. But, the reality of it is - he's never played a full season upright, appears as fragile as a champagne glass and would not be a safe bet with a high draft pick. He is much more of a gamble than Burrow whose game may not translate to the NFL, but certainly has the size, durability and football knowledge to make a more reliable go at it in the league.

yeah I have my doubts Tua will ever make it through a season in the NFL uninjured.

"Burrow whose game may not translate to the NFL"??? Dropping dimes, drilling windows, back-shouldering, timing, accuracy (backfield, 0-10, 10-20, >20), recognition, mental processing speed, anticipation, pocket presence, escapability, toughness, poise. Which one of those does not translate to the NFL? His arm strength is at least equal to Drew's and Joe Cool's. I suggest you read PFF's assessment of Jeaux.

All the downvotes and EulerRules comment - to reiterate - that was with P&G off and I did say "may" - the biggest difference between the two is that Tua looked all world as a freshman. To outsiders, Joe "might" be a one year wonder. I'm still in utter shock from all the records broken, Joe's incredible season. I think he is an NFL team's dream come true. I was just trying to be as objective as possible about the two.

Bobbie Kurtz said the same thing. But, he's unheard of too.

Cowherd with yet another shitty analogy.

He's selling advertising. If he went with the vast majority, with Burrow being the first pick, we wouldn't be talking about Cowherd right now. It's all about the advertising dollars.

He didn’t even know Joe was an OSU transfer until Urban Meyer told him that in their interview. This dude has ZERO cred in my book. Total tool.

A different opinion. Not much to see here. We don’t really know who’s gonna have a better career. Y’all are some sensitive SOBs.

Tuas td to int vs top 10 defenses are very average. Now check burrows

chadr0763 months
Wait a minute. So Cowherd said he’s never seen numbers like Tuas. And he did it in the SEC. Correct me if I am wrong but didn’t Joe Burrow just break nearly every all time sec passing record, won the heisman by the largest margin in heisman history and led his team to a dominating 15-0 season in the sec?.. while averaging nearly 400 passing yds per game?.. Cowherd that was a very very dumb thing to say. You have no clue.

Way to destroy your own credibility, you dumb ignoramus. I mean why would anyone care to listen to this idiot? As he is nothing but a dumb ignoramus.
