An unnamed suspended LSU football player has filed a complaint against the university claiming he was unjustly suspended after being accused of "non-consensual intercourse," according to court documents.

The documents show that the player is from the state of Alabama. Per The Advocate:
quote:

The Title IX complaint was filed in the Middle District of Louisiana by the player's attorneys, Susan Stone and Kristina Supler, on Thursday morning. It alleges the player's "constitutional rights were violated," that "he was given no access to the evidence against him until after his guilt was already determined," and "he was denied his right to confront and cross-examine his accuser and other witnesses."

The documents said that, under LSU's disciplinary process, "a student may never be able to review the evidence against him until after important decisions with precedential value have been made."

The process, the documents said, led to the LSU player being suspended for at least one year, "which in turn" led to his removal from the football team and the loss of his scholarship. Read more.

Very surprised the race card was not thrown out there, it has re-emerged lately as a resort for walking off with Highland Road hotdogs, unpaid tickets and even a theft of a bike. Beware, they coming for you wife and children

Due process should work for all, police as well. Convenient to play that card when the VICTIM CULTURE card is played.

College Title IX investigations are generally a farce. The guilt determination is generally made as soon as the complaint is filed (though they may keep it unofficial). Case in point: Girl has sex with male student in the on top position. She states that it lasted at least fifteen minutes (I figure five minutes in reality LOL). She complains that it was non-consensual sex - even though she was on top! Student gets immediately suspended. Student ultimately prevailed but at that point the complaint was well known on campus and he missed two semesters.

By "non-consensual intercourse" do they mean "rape?"

It's obviously Peter Parrish. I wish him good luck. Indeed, if he hired lawyers after his suspension, then he obviously feels like he is innocent of the charges. Of course, staying quiet and taking his medicine would also imply that he was guilty.

Thank Obama and the democrats for installing kangaroo courts on college campuses. Men are guilty without a chance to prove their innocence.

I believe he’s getting down votes because he mentioned Obama. I 100% agree with both you. I don’t hate Obama I just think he failed miserably as president. He was no different then Bush. You can think both for this issue.

He obviously didn’t get the girl to sign the coitus liability waiver. I thought these forms were standard in all campus housing?

Provens and Parrish are both from Alabama.

Title IX is a complete joke and Obama made significant changes in 2011 that have really made things worse & extremely unfair to guys. If he was suspended with a bogus claim I hope he gets all he can, this isn't a school issue....it's a title 9 issue, there are many cases since the Obama changes that have resulted in exactly what this player is claiming. Trump tried to make some changes but this is when the country was busy defaming Devos. If a girl gets mad and makes False claim there isn't much you can do. If it happened then that's terrible. If it didn't happen then it's equally as terrible. There is one player from Alabama who is suspended and he won a state championship against Tua's brother their senior year, not sure if that's the player though, that's the only suspension I know of. If he's vindicated then I hope light is shed on this terrible law. Here's an article that kind of hits on it.
