LSU wide receiver Malik Nabers was rightfully disappointed on Friday night after he lost the Biletnikoff Award by one vote to Ohio State wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr.

Hopefully, it's just more motivation for Nabers at the next level...

sorry, but that Tweet is a bad look for Nabers

How about a little transparency? Let's see the votes and who cast them.

When Harrison gets to next level he will be no one's son but another number who will be graded and paid on performance....this will only may Malik drive harder and get better so beware Wisconsin cheese heads you got a big train headed your way.

I've got nothing against Harrison. He seems like a very nice kid that was raised by good parents, but the stats don't lie. Nabers got screwed. I'd be surprised if Nabers didn't get picked in the draft before Harrison.

Life has its moments. Use this to fuel your mission to the stars. Only thing to do is look up, Tiger.

It’s all yours for the taking now!

I noticed that ESPN scrubbed 8 from almost all of JD’s Heisman background footage. Looked like the previous night was a setup. ESPN and Heisman did not want controversy with MHjr in attendence

Just my opinion but you keep that to yourself and show them they were wrong. I think he will end up having the better NFL career.

Why keep that to himself? He showed everyone he’s the best and they get to speak otherwise? Why not let him speak. Politics… #1 reason I haven’t watched a single game all season.

Nabers will be a better BFL WR than Harrison, mark my word! LSU & AL WR’s dominate the NFL, while OSU WR’s stats drop off simply because they play against an inferior SOS and against inferior teams (Big 10) with inferior DB’s! Go check the NFL stats, go look at the 4&5-star DB’s in the SEC vs Big 10? While the NFL is loaded with SEC WR’s; Michael Thomas (Saints), is the last Buckeye to perform at an elite level and that was due to Drew Brees. He hasn’t done squat since Brees left!

This was not just about MH Jr. Ohio State had to have some love as usual. Malik really is the best. Let them have this award when you are in the NFL realing in catch after catch and making that paper. Love college football, but hate the NCAA.

It was disrespectful.

He didn’t “lose” it. He was snubbed. Losing implies there was a possibility of winning in open competition.

ESPN made sure that he wouldn’t get it when they have Harrison Jr in NYC for the Heisman. How would that look?

I don't like it. Also, Keon Coleman will probably end up being the best at the next level from this group.

Keon is a monster, but pump the brakes slightly.

Darn shame. If you are the son of an nfl legend you get the all the love from 50 year old sports writers. Well in a couple of decades. People will be complaining about Malik jr getting too much press love

Justin Jefferson didn't win it either. Use the motivation, the disrespect is a gift

Not good argument cause JChase # 1 did

Has anyone ever compared JJ's numbers to Chase? Chase was incredible but JJ's numbers in 2019 make you wonder how he didn't win everything that Joey B didn't. Insane year for JJ in 2019.
