On Dec. 29th LSU will be playing in the Capital One Orange Bowl against Oklahoma. LSU will finish the year at 11-1 with the loss not coming against Alabama it will be against Georgia or Florida with the Tigers winning the West and getting revenge against the team that beat them in the SEC Championship Game. GEAUX TIGERS!!!!!!!!!!PURPLEREIGN????????

Fricking sad when someone shows optimism for the tigers and people downvote that sh#t... But if you post something negative about the Tigers you downvote that as well...I swear some of the LSU fan base is some of the most pathetic fans in the country!!

jayboy504 I couldn't have said it better myself, who actually knows how the season will unfold. All we need is a competent QB someone who can go out and win a game, I mean the last two years we could've beaten Alabama if our QB could just complete open passes, no disrespect Danny Etling, but come on. In the 10 zip game in Death Valley with a winner at QB we win the game, the game in Bryant-Denny Stadium Darrell (DJ) Chalk Jr. was running wild all day against Bama defense, he was wide open on about three TD's if the QB was just a little accurate. So please don't tell me LSU couldn't be competitive with not great but really good QB play and upset some people and be a player in the conversation for SEC Champion and the NCAA Playoffs. LSU has always had the talent across the board just not at the most crucial position, now if QB Joe Burrow is as advertised there's no reason to think LSU won't be in the conversation as one of the best teams in the country. So please Tiger Nation understand Coach O has to change a culture in Baton Rouge no disrespect to Les Miles but, Orgeron has to recruit prospects that can be more productive in the Pro Style passing game and from all accounts he has done that. The O-Line will be awesome, the WR core will be one of the best in the country if not the the best and the defense will be top 10, so we will need our QB to be really, really good whoever it is for us to be Championship worthy. GEAUX TIGERS!!!!!!!!!!PURPLEREIGN?????????

That would be an easy victory but this LSU team will beat the Tide this year in Baton Rouge and no I'm not on drugs. Joe Burrow. Sit back and watch. Enjoy negative Tiger fans!!

I think if LSU plays in the Belk bowl game it would be an over achievement.

LSU really needs to end up first or second in the west in 2018 or I'll be slightly disappointed. Depending on how things shake up. But we could beat Bama and Georgia but still be second if things shake out a certain way so. Like I said depends. I think we do better than 4th in the west though. No way that happens or LSU should immediately be on the hunt for a new HC. I would give O one more year to turn that thing completely around and if he doesn't the next year then he's gone and LSU needs to be prepared for anything to happen so they should already have their wish list, so to speak. If not then Alleva needs to pack his bags with O. Period!

You hire the 'Belk Bowl' of coaches, you can't expect more than the Belk Bowl.
