Is this a joke? He's the antithesis of Brady, and was finally run out of Dallas for the same reason Les was fired. Refusal to change, and gross and obvious predictability on a very stale offensive scheme. Hopefully Coach E has got the Brady passing game/tree down, and can relegate this guy to his assistant until he's up to speed on a dynamic passing game and pace.

NOT A FAN!! This guy couldn't get it to work with Zeke, Dak and the best O-line in football. This is a name hire. I pray he proves me wrong, but I am not excited about this guy replacing Brady.

Elite players that executes effectively will make any coach look like a genius. Coach O told y'all that this is a players driven team. Why are you guys complaining. You guys are like Mikey you hate everything,at first anyway. Or we in Louisiana or Missouri the show me state. Because y'all don't believe nothing until you see it. And you haven't learned from your past doubts. Ol ye of little faith.

He is not the OC guys, he is the passing game coordinator. We have Brady’s playbook. If he can add something then great, if not it’s a 2 year deal

No matter who they were going to pick people weren't going to be happy, well because it's not Brady.

So we hire an old guy who gets run out of every town he’s in. Well at least we will always have 2019 season

We'll see. No one knew Brady and that worked out well. Everyone knows Linehan has it's hard to have a more established resume. Lot's of NFL experience as OC, PGC, HC. We'll see, but you'd think O has earned the benefit of the doubt. Not so much with the perpetual melters.

You can give O the benefit of the doubt but this hire is pretty bizarre. Linehan flopped in Dallas.

We could not have screwed this coaching hiring anymore than this. Should apologize to Myles Brennan...

gumbeaux1051 months
I don't get you people, because Coach O didn't hire who you felt he should hire, you're questioning his decision? Didn't O just win a nc?
user avatar
JustinT3751 months
@gumbeaux10 Now, we can’t question Coach O!? I don’t like the hire’s coaching career. We went from a young man bringing a new style to the exact opposite. I’ve been wrong before...

Yep. After winning the NC with the most prolific passing offense in college football history, this is the best we could do? Seriously??
