College Football reporter Bruce Feldman tweeted that Saints defensive line coach Ryan Nielsen is no longer a candidate for the defensive coordinator at LSU and will remain in New Orleans.

ESPN's Adam Rittenberg is reporting that Nielsen is receiving a new 3-year contract with the Saints and the title of assistant head coach.

There are roughly 50 LSU players in the NFL. LSU had 14 players drafted last season. Almost none of LSU’s players ever interest the Sints. You cannot tell me that the Saints simply don’t draft LSU players due to draft order, etc. Screw the Saints.
