Just one day after being cut by the Carolina Panthers, former LSU wide receiver Terrace Marshall Jr. is reportedly signing with the San Francisco 49ers.

Marshall was a part of LSU's 2019 National Championship team and was drafted by the Panthers in the second round of the 2021 NFL Draft. He caught 64 passes for 767 yards with just one touchdown during his time in Carolina.

Now, he'll look for a fresh start with the 49ers.

He will be a practice squad player that never sees the field. Lost cause, just wishcasting thinking there is something there still.

Good for him. Would love to see him thrive in a better organization. Best case, he has incredible stats and they lose every game.

Excited to see him in a competent organization with an actual nfl caliber quarterback. He’s had 3 years of just awful qbs to work with

I really don’t like that he signed with the 49ers.

Same. Not to mention, the poor kid will be getting clobbered by taxes and cost of living....
