TM, Burrow, Jacob Hester are probably my 3 favorite Tigers for leadership, leaving it all on the field, and dependable, who will always make the plays when needed.
If you needed a TM to blitz and get a sack or make some other great play on D, it would happen. Burrow would always get those 3rd down conversions when needed. If you needed 2 yards Hester will always get it.

He should have a session and talk to the team about handling the pressure of looking out for your future, not at the now and who you surround yourself with that isn't one of the team.

When you think of guys that gave it All when they were in the game, Tyrann, Hester, Burrow, Adai and now Weeks come to my mind. There are others but most recent are these guys.

Bring him in as a consultant for DB's & ST returners, and groom him to be a secondary coach.
