LSU backup quarterback Myles Brennan sent out a positive message on Twitter Wednesday afternoon to wrap up his 2018 season with the Tigers.

Myles only appeared in one game this season vs. Rice on Nov. 17 and will redshirt this season, something Ed Orgeron and Brennan's family agreed was the right thing to do as he was dealing with an injury for most of the season.

Paging Greedy......I’m hoping he sees Myles post. Let him see what a real teammate and tiger looks like.

I have a feeling Peter Parrish may give Myles a bigger run for his money than he is expecting. Anyway, the offensive line should be good enough by 2020 that even Myles may be able to be successful behind it. However, if it leaks like a sieve like this year's offensive line did, hello Peter Parrish.

Lol no way PP comes in and pushes Myles. Myles will be a top qb in the nation with the wrs to match. We are going to light the scoreboard up. PP can wait his turn

I see them using him like they wanted to use Narcisse and have certain packages. I dont see him beating out Brennan after Joe is gone

I seem to remember another QB #15 that waited patiently and took the spotlight over when it was his turn to shine. Hmmmm....

This is another reason I like to stick with Steve E. The offense would be very good if our players have time to develop within it. Time needs to be given. This guy will know every aspect of the offense and the players in it. He needs to become a natural leader and hit the weight room as much as he possibly can. No knock on him, I believe he will get it done and will have a great year or two with LSU.

Agreed, He should be ready as needed next year, glad he's sticking to his commitment. Against Rice he showed he could sling it.

Is he up to 210?? He should be by now, hopefully. He can't continue to be a stick and hope to be LSU's QB in the physically violent SEC.

Most fans do not understand how valuable learning the offense, defenses, learning the system really is. With 3 years of learning by the time Myles takes the field he will be ready from a cerebral standpoint, plus any experience he gets next season. He gone b legit!

If he needs a little extra weight, I've got about 10 lbs I can donate to him.

I thought for sure after that blindside hit from that CFU bitch that Brennen would be coming in for at least a series. Joe is one tough MF'er. Joe should've told that guy "I hit your girlfriend from behind last night harder than that"!
