So what was it every other year that people were leaving early? The OC has no bearing on the draft stock of Clapp

Best of luck, Will. The right decision, financially for this young man. LSU o-linemen have done very well in the pros, and I expect nothing different from Will! Thanks for being a Tiger!

LSU has absolutely hemoraged players over the last 7 to 8 years. It had caused depth problems that are difficult to overcome with the scholarship limits.

Anyone else feel like players are jumping ship?

No. We knew Key, Guice, Tolliver, and Jackson were gone regardless of who the coach was. Weathersby has injury issues and needs to go pro now. Clapp has started for 3 years and has a lot of good film for the NFL to look at.

Best of luck to him but damn, this hurts. When you're breaking in new RB's and a new QB, an experienced OL goes a long way.

Kid started 3 years which is what a team gets from most quality players so "leaving early" isn't quite true. He's graduated so what's wrong with him leaving for his chosen profession? Isn't college to prepare you for your future? Leave these kids alone. Let him and them start healthy in the NFL.

Come on, people. This is what happens when you recruit elite players.... which is why you continue to reload.
