This will be the second year in a row that Emery Jr. suffered a season-ending ACL injury.

This is so sad to hear. He is a great running back. I feel bad for him and hope he has a speedy recovery!

Is it the same knee as the last year injury? Or other leg? And which one did he tear in high school?

He's clearly a young man of resilience and determination. I expect him to weather this storm and make the most out of his young life.

So sorry to hear this news about John Emery, Jr. being hurt again. John has talent and really gave the LSU team a boost in the running game when playing USC in Los Vegas. I hope this is not a career ending injury.
Thank you for being a member of our team John.

I hope this isn’t the end for him. You see the flashes and he was looking like maybe he was ready to arrive and now this. I can’t help but feel like he can still do it tho. Tiger nation believes in you John!

we're all sad to hear about Emery's latest ACL. But I fear this is it for him. It's his second ACL tear in 10 months, and he actually had a previous one before in high school I believe. So the guy has had 3 ACL tears. Something about his knees is just overly susceptible to injury. I think it's time to acknowledge the painful truth.
