He was allowed to report so obviously he can practice but maybe can’t play. O seemed confident as of yday or say before that he was in But Starks wasn’t ready. Something has come up that hopefully can be fixed soon.

No problem. Redshirt him and play him next season when we are going to need him more. That's what they did with Travez Moore.

If a 2019 signee becomes ineligible, do we get that scholarship back, can we sigh 26 for 2020? I highly suspect the answer is no, but I wanted to ask.
