ESPN College Football analysts Mark Schlabach unveiled his "Power 5 Predictions" this week and has LSU finishing 5th in the SEC West with a 7-5, (4-4 SEC).

It will be between LSU and Bama for the West. I don't get all the Mississippi State love. They have a new staff and head coach and talent wise LSU is far more talented.

Doubtful you have looked into returning starters and depth at State this year. It all starts on the LINES, and they are deep and talented on both sides. Yes, the coach is new, but no scrub and likely smart enough not to shake things up too much with all the returning experience.
