Brian Kelly Responds To Dabo Swinney’s Grading: "Maybe He Didn't Watch The Second Half"

Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney held his weekly press conference on Tuesday and shared some odd grading from LSU's dominant win over Clemson.

Swinney used the analogy of Saturday's opener as 'getting the final exam on the first day of class.'

"They made a 65, we made a 58. Neither one of us were great," Swinney said.

Later in the day, LSU head coach Brian Kelly was asked about Dabo's comments and didn't hold back:

"Well, I thought we dominated them in the 2nd half," Kelly said. "He's either a really good grader or he didn't see the 2nd half. Maybe he didn't want to see the 2nd half."

A TD was stolen from us and a bone headed decision on 4th down at the end of the half, go for a TD or take the FG.

27-10 would have been final score and would accurately reflect how we dominated this game.

Nice. He's getting a little edge right now. Maybe this team has some moxy and wants to make a statement year with some hardware. We will see but I liked what I'm seeing esp with the defense.
