Ed Orgeron and the LSU coaching staff received some great news on Saturday when four-star star safety Jordan Toles from Baltimore, Maryland announced his commitment to the Tigers.

Toles is rated the No. 2 safety in the country for the class of 2020, according to Rivals.

Cool video. I wouldn’t have sampled a song about drugs though.

Eight spots left. Here is my wishlist: Defensive linemen: Jacquelin Roy, Jacobian Guillory, Jalen Lee, and Vernon Broughton. Offensive linemen: Paris Johnson and Sederick Van Pran. Safety: Lathan Ransom. Running back: Kendall Milton. Wide Receiver: Koy Moore

LSU, Coach O, and staff are lightening up the recruiting effort for 2020. Meanwhile, if LSU wins 11 or more games in 2019, which is very highly likely, it will be like pouring gasoline on a recruiting fire for LSU. Furthermore, one or more years of successful recruiting classes like this current one, and the level of talent at LSU will be equal to or better than at Alabama. In addition, A&M will finish 8 & 4 in 2019 and Auburn will likely do about the same as A&M for 2019, and that should mean that the talent level gap between us and them should inevitably grow wider. Indeed, the future for LSU football and Coach O does look to be very bright. Meanwhile, the mobs of Coach O haters were all very wrong about every damn thing and I mean every damn thing.
