Four-star Michigan linebacker Otis Reese will be making an official visit to LSU before National Signing Day.

The Leesburg, GA native sent out the following Tweet this week of schools that he will visit between now and February 7th.

The 6-4, 200-pound prospect is rated the No. 2 overall outside linebacker in the country and the No. 7 overall player from the state of Georgia for the class of 2018, according to Rivals. Reese has camped at LSU in the past and was high school teammates with current LSU F-Back Tory Carter.

This guy hasn't even been mentioned one time in LSU's recruit list. The fact LSU will get a visit is probably more a courtesy than any genuine interest of going to LSU. There's nothing he hasn't seen, he's already camped at LSU, what new twist will sway his interest in LSU's favor? There isn't any. Instead of recruiting more players to fill 4 spots when there's already more on the radar than spots availably isn't a priority. What is a priority, is letting us fans know, "what the hell he's thinking by running Matt Canada off!!!" Considering all the offensive players LSU lost since last season, especially on the offensive line, Matt Canada did a hell of a job!!! And his game plan against the U of Saban was good enough to win and the best I've seen from LSU in 3 or 4 years!!! Maybe O has a card up his sleeve and is planning on bringing in a more accomplished OC. But, if he goes to that same predictable crap Miles was doing, then we just going backwards.

No place like an article on recruiting, a defensive player at that, to have a full-blown melt over the head coach deciding to part ways with the OC. Very entertaining, congrats !!!

Looks promising. Big question mark with this kid is whether or not he can coordinate the offense. We dont have anybody signed there yet for 2018. Recruitment has been down in that area for years. LSU needs to address this position.
