LSU Athletics Photography
The LSU coaching staff extended an offer to 2025 four-star tight end JD LaFleur on Wednesday.

The 6’6 230-pound tight end from Sulphur High School is the son of former LSU All-American tight end David LaFleur who played for the Tigers from 1993-1996 and then went on to play four years with the Dallas Cowboys.

JD, recently camped at LSU this June and was one of the top-performing tight ends. He holds offers from Texas A&M, Baylor, Miami, and many others.

TE are like shortstops in baseball. Bulk them up snd move to OLine. Play full back, WR, DL. Usually good athletes

TE recruits might play TE, either line, LB, and are very useful on special teams
