Four-star dual-threat quarterback Lowell Narcisse from St. James, LA announced Monday morning that he has de-committed from LSU.

Narcisse joined ESPN's Baton Rouge radio on Monday and said he would like to wait and see who LSU hires as an offensive coordinator before making his final decision. Per SEC Country:
quote:

“There is a lot of uncertainty right now. I don’t know who the offensive coordinator is going to be, who the coach is going to be,” Narcisse said. “It’s hard to say I can go there and let someone coach me if you don’t know who that person is.”

Juluke and Craig have handled Narcisse’s recruitment since the firing of Cam Cameron.

Narcisse is 100-percent committed to enrolling at college next month and has named LSU, Auburn and Memphis as his finalists. LSU remains in the mix, but would need to make an offensive coordinator hire first.

“They definitely are,” Narcisse said when asked if LSU was still in contention. “I’m still considering LSU, Auburn and Memphis. I’m going to commit to at the Under Armour. I’m still going to give everyone a fair shot and see what they have to offer.”
The 6-3, 224-pound dual threat prospect from Saint James, LA (Saint James HS) is rated as the No. 5 dual-threat QB for 2017 and the No. 4 overall player from the state of Louisiana, according to ESPN Recruiting. Narcisse missed his senior season with an ACL tear.

Dual threat. Don't care. Move along.

So he thinks that he's going to hold the program hostage with his "wait and see who the OC is"? Move along.

This sucks. No doubt. But here's the deal. We still have Danny Etling who we all watched improve every week. Third down conversion one after another. Fourth and long conversion in the Florida game. And if the play call gets relayed in time he wins us the game against Auburn. He showed a lot of promise there's no denying that. Also I think if we hire Canada this might keep Brennan locked in. Not to mention we have a lot of talent on the bench at the QB position I.e. Lindsay Scott. In all reality we should be in good shape next year.

Narcisse has had T W O knee surgeries. Will not hold up in the SEC. Damn the torpedo's and full steam ahead for Myles Brennan! Put him (Brennan) in a Power Spread and what ever Canada wants to run that plays to his strengths. Money!!

Those two knee injuries always bothered me, too. Still, I wish him luck...unless he goes to Auburn.

no problem...glad we found out in time to free up a spot for someone who actually wants to be a tiger.

I never really wanted this guy anyway. I always felt that Myles Brennan was the far superior option. Myles also isn't made out of glass...

The last line says it all. It is all laughable. Who does he think wants to do an interview with him? Oh, and he is going to let you know when he is ready to speak. Dude, you are irrelevant tomorrow. I do not get into recruiting for this very reason. Half of these kids never see the field, a few never even make it into school. All this hype and hoopla makes them think they matter. They matter when they get on the field and produce. At the end of NSD, I look to see what we got and then try to evaluate the class. Frick the rest!

“There is a lot of uncertainty right now. I don’t know who the offensive coordinator is going to be, who the coach is going to be,” Narcisse said. “It’s hard to say I can go there and let someone coach me if you don’t know who that (Binder Boy) person is.” Hey Joe, do you need a translator? He is saying LSU is FUBAR. He thought Herman and Applewhite were coming. You should have followed your recruiting Scout's advice and stayed at the negotiating table and had the sack to ante up instead of cowardly withdrawing your offer in the middle of the night. _________________________________________________________________________ Coming Soon!! Lamar Jackson vs the “LSU Binder” Citrus Bowl!! The sight of every Coach holding a Binder written in broken English and covered in Jambalaya stains could put the Gris-Gris on Petrino or turn Alleva's Foie Gras Oeaux into steaming Fumier. Regardless, we will close with either a 7-5 or 8-4 season despite having the #2 ranked Roster, and a top 5 Roster the past 4 yrs. Petrino beat Fisher 63-20 pulling his starters after 3 qtrs and regrets he did not hang 80 on Fisher's arrogant arse. Plus Petrino still has a score to settle with LSU from his ARK days.

scott2274 has 40 posts in 8 years and is obviously an erudite, composed, well-spoken Nutria swamp rat. Here is another one of his posts defending Oeaux in response to a poster saying those supporting O live somewhere south of Baton Rouge: "Hey u fricking queer!! What u implying? That everybody that lives south of BR does not have an education. That is one of the gayest things ever heard. With a name and picture like that u must be gayer than a two dollar bill. Listen to me very closely. U are gay!!" Now, 2 dollar bills are fine to most and collectors items. It is the 3 dollar bill that is "queer" but Nutria swamp rats don't know that.

First off Narcisse has had injury bugs. I personally do not see him taking college level hits if he cant handle high school level hits. I think he is over rated and do not see his de-commit as a big deal. I like the kid from Mississippi and hope he comes. I know Orgeron wants a dual threat QB, but I believe Brennan is mobile enough plus is a Pro Style QB and I'd like to have him over Narcisse anyday.

These kids don't trust coach o. These kids are seeing something in his "southern " charm that they dont like. I know several kids at usc filed a complaint against him. Do the research and you will see what I am talking about.

Good Job O. Why in the hell would you offer the kid from Hawaii and knowing it would screw up and piss off Brennan and LN. Now we have shite. Thanks again

This is what happens when you fire your head coach with no realistic options to replace him. It happens all the time and serves us right. These were Les Miles' recruits.

"So by this logic then Tua should decommit from Bama because Kiffin just accepted the FIU job and Bama doesn't have a OC now." It is all excuses to do visits and promote themselves

except Lane wasn't Tua's recruiter and Tua and his family BOTH made it clear the OC didn't matter in his recruitment bc he trusts Saban to hire someone who will have success

Seriously, If this kid committed to us with Miles and Cameron at the controls, I have serious concerns about his mental capacity. As for the new OC, Coach O has stated "Will not hire remaining staff until after the Bowl games and playoffs." NSD is 2 months away. Plenty of time to get players that Want to be in BR. Coach O and staff have long relationships with the kids they recruit. They most likely know who's coming and who's not. It's not just thrown together at the last moment. Narcisse wants his attention party just like all the rest. No big deal. I personally feel good about Etling, Brennan and Scott. Not to mention McMillan at QB. Any of these guys can be quality QB's with a good coordinator, which we Will have after the season. Patience is a virtue, Tiger fans. Relax!
