LSU Lands Commitment From Pro-Style QB Myles Brennan

Myles Brennan, a three-star pro-style quarterback from Bay Saint Louis, MS has committed to LSU.

The 6'3, 180-pound prospect from St. Stanislaus High School made his announcement via Twitter on Saturday.

The Tigers now have six player verbally committed for the class of 2017.

Yep 3 stars or below never work out therealchampion. Eli Manning, Ben Roethlisberger, Matt Ryan, Drew Brees, Tony Romo, Philip Rivers, Aaron Rodgers, Alex Smith, Russell Wilson, and Andy Dalton just off the top of my head. Let's just see what the kid can do and be happy to have a QB commit this early.

Miles couldn't develop 5* AJ, and hasn't developed 5* BH. Don't expect miracles in the development of a 3*.

Harris wasn't a 5* he was a 3*. LSU has had a 5* QB in a while and yet remain contenders year in and year out. Talent commits to LSU for NFL longevity. No school had more guys on NFL rosters last year than LSU. And most of them are starters. Look it up. That's a fact. They've just had bad luck at the QB spot. Should have had Patterson, but gambled on crybaby Franks and it blew up in there faces. They deep everywhere else tho...

if he's coachable, can process info quickly, and make smart decisions with the ball, he's going to be just fine. he is a redshirt candidate for sure to add some weight on his frame.

attention dumbasses. Go watch the kid's highlights before you make a snap star judgement. Man has a cannon and throws well into coverage. Also before you comment on our other QBs talents while trying to insult this one. Keep in mind that you are wrong that both AJ and BH were 5 stars because neither was on any of the major sites. BH wasnt a three star either (top 100 player). Be excited that we got a kid who could develop into something good if not great. Especially since we are planning on taking 2 QBs this class anyway. Be happy and quit bitching
