Talented four-star defensive tackle and onetime LSU commit Jaquelin Roy announced his top ten schools on Monday night and included the Tigers in the group.

His top schools are Georgia, Ole Miss, Alabama, Texas A&M, Florida, Texas, LSU, Tennessee, Mississippi State, and Oklahoma.

Roy, a 6-4, 300-pound prospect from University Lab was a one-time LSU commitment but reopened his recruitment in late February.

He is rated the No. 7 defensive tackle in the country, and the No. 2 overall player from the state of Louisiana for the class of 2020, according to 247 Sports.

Hopefully he is just enjoying the ride and not really serious but you never know. I would laugh if he decided to put Bama and LSU as the final two and recommit back to us. He just has to do it quick since Coach O has other fish on the line.

Whenever i met this kid and he told me he was sick of Alabama, I believed him. He was all LSU. I’m not sure I fully understand what’s happening and how his mother would let him leave BR.
