Shortly after four-star defensive end Charles Moore announced that he will sign with Auburn, he gave this interesting explanation as to why he picked them over LSU.

Update: Moore has also signed with Jones County Junior College in Ellisville, Mississippi.

Sounds good to me, saves the team a headache.

Bullet dodged. A kid only gets in trouble if he wants to get in trouble. I'm guessing he will find trouble at Auburn. Dumbass.

Lol quit being butthurt

Dumb dude. Could have named his choice and left it like that.

He chose Auburn because LSU sucks at recruiting Mississippi.

Wow, we lost a recruit because Baton Rouge is too much fun...interesting.

What about individual discipline....thx for not choosing LSU now we’ll let our db’s shut him down !

Charles Moore is a Hebrew Israelite who spent his visit to campus making things awkward for everybody by criticizing christianity and in the state where everybody is either southern baptist or catholic, thats prolly a bad idea. So yeah, bullet dodged

Flamboyant lifestyle!?!? It's called learning how to have self control and self discipline. Well, I guess he won't be able to make it through the NFL!

Baton Rouge with a metro population of 830,000 and an hour from New Orleans was just too much temptation. Lol. He will find that charachter is Within and that if you are prone to get into trouble that you can find it anywhere and Auburn does not promise you will be a better person. This sounds like an Auburn recruiting ploy which he bought. Well, bye.

"He says choosing Auburn is a decision that will allow him to focus on playing professional football someday." Citing that as a reason not to go to LSU is literally the dumbest thing I may have ever heard. On the other hand, if you can't be responsible enough to not rob or rape somebody, that's on you man. It's not the LSU has an environment which allows that; we just let you be you. Too bad you don't want to develop the discipline to be a hard worker.

To each his own. I hope he enjoys AU.

I wonder if this talk is a reflection of negative recruiting pitches against LSU by Auburn

Auburn cam up with a bag of $$ that was bigger than the bag of $ that LSU offered.

Yeah because living in Baton Rouge allows for such a “flamboyant” lifestyle. GTFO

A trouble kid that acknowledged he has a problem with getting into trouble may need to seek more than a school.
