Elite five-star inside linebacker Antoine Sampah from Woodbridge, VA announced Monday night that he has committed to LSU.

Sampah chose the Tigers over Alabama and Clemson.

The 6-3, 220-pound prospect from Woodbridge HS is rated the No. 1 inside linebacker in the country for the class of 2020, according to Rivals.

LSU now has 14 verbal commits for the 2020 class with the addition of Sampah.

This is becoming unbelievable, We are recruiting on a Pete Carroll\USC level, it seems like no players out of the realm of possibility.

His ability to get top recruits was never in question, like Les. He just needs that to translate into wins, beating alabama and championships.

He's a MUCH better recruiter than Les, and Les wasn't bad.

Agreed. Let's not forget, Coach Miles brought in the #1 recruiting class for 2009. Followed that up with #6 class 2013, #2 class 2014 and #5 class 2015. So I'm not so sure that Coach O is a "much" better recruiter than Coach Miles. Atleast not yet.

And Coach O will get the last laugh, I love it. There hasn’t been this much excitement around the program since 2002.

If Devin White is any indication, if you bring in the physical tools, Dave Aranda will get you to the next level. I’m sure that helped a ton with his decision. These coaches are killing it. Geaux Tigers.

As opposed to Alabama where 5 star LB Mack Wilson dropped to a 4th round and Isaiah Buggs, who O would have developed into a better pro prospect, barely got drafted.

This class is bringing new meaning to hold that Tiger. Monster commits need to become Monster signings.

But but hold on a minute, we’re suppose to be in a long decline with a shrimp boat captain as coach. Sorry nega tigers, ole white boot is here to stay.

Who said we were in decline? We won the first bowl last year with 2 legit losses.. If you find someone on here that says we're in decline then point the Dumbass out
