NASHVILLE, Tenn.—The No. 25 LSU Tigers drop to 16-7 (4-6 SEC) after falling to Vanderbilt, 75-66, Saturday night at Memorial Gymnasium.

The Tigers led 11-6 early on, but the Commodores rolled the rest of the first half. LSU went into the intermission down, 43-25. Vanderbilt expanded their lead to 21 with 9:47 left in the game, but LSU went on a 16-0 run over the next five minutes.

The Tigers full-court press started to overwhelm Vanderbilt as they had five steals during their 16-0 run. Twelve of those points, along with three steals, came from the hands of Tari Eason.

Seems to me LSU is having issues with everyone. What is Vanderbilt’s record over last 7 games?

Vanderbilt has some unfair advantages with how they use NLI and Transfer Portal. Just hard for Coach Wade to compete against the Commodore Program under the current set of rules without getting the same support that Vanderbilt Administration gives their Athletic Department.

That is one over rated terrible team but I guess you can not get the best athletes when the basket all facilities have not been updated since the 1970s so maybe 17 to 20 wins a season and first round a couple of times in the ncaa tourney is best Wade can do with that. Cant be mad at that it that's best will ever be in 5 years

What does an arena being updated have to do with how players play. They playin other updated arenas and get beat there. This team was playing well to start the season and then has fallen apart once SEC Play began. I put that on coaching, maybe injuries and a lack of effort by players. But the arena didnt cause em to lose those games
