This guy doesn't even have clue. He could barely get it off the rack.

I used to be a trainer. he had 0.000% chance of lifting that weight, his legs were about to buckle just walking the weight out. Guys like this in the gym kill me, theres always 3-4 in every gym

I'd rather lift less weight and be ripped than try and lift 800 lbs, fail, and still have fat hanging over my belt. That being said, this dude would probably eat my body weight just for lunch.

Yogi once said as the catcher for NY Yankees: "What doesn't go up is sure to come down".

Spoon, there is about 0% chance that he is going to rack those weights. I guarantee they were left there for the next guy to deal with...

I wish there were follow up stories to these things. I'd like to know why that guy thought he should even attempt that. Unfortunately there are way too many people that don't use collars. Considering all that weight, it's lucky one of those plates didn't go flying off and hit someone. I'm sure his membership has been terminated.

He'll get a better workout racking all those plates.

Not using a collar with that many plates, much less having the dudes standing around instead standing there to help keep the plates on. Dumbass.

Ah...and the pussy pad for good measure. That, to me, is what makes this scene so perfect. You have this hardcore, wannabe badass who can't even walk out that sort of weight trying to act like he's tough shite, but his poor little traps can't even handle the mean, rough bar.
