Legendary action star Steven Seagal was in Russia last month where he showed off his aikido fighting skills at the International Youth Sambo Tournament. What I thought I was going to watch was something a little more skillful and impressive. What I saw was like a really, really, really slow version of an action scene from one of his 90s movies...

Damn Seagal has put on a lot of weight

Well, it's a demo, Larry. He's demonstrating the techniques, not trying to simulate a real fight and hurt someone/get himself hurt.

Critical thinking is a life-skill.

This really really reminds me of Mad TV when Will Sasso impersonated Seagall. Good stuff

If he lost some weight he would be the next bad guy in the Expendables 5.

yes, and if you've been in a few dojo's you know those are very scripted take down moves, he's the star of the show and knows it.

Seagal has become a major weirdo. Google Gene Lebell makes Steven Seagal shite his pants. That's some funny shite.

The frick are you talking about? He showcases a ton of aikido moves, grips, and throws and does them almost nonchalantly. Now, he tells the guys where to attack him, but he's just demonstrating his mastery of the art.
