It all begins in the trenches...you have to physically dominant and break the will of the opponent. A majority of defensive players shy away from contact...they are soft. Good teams also establish the run. Beat a team 7-6 in a tough, physical game, they never want to see or play you again. Beat a team 40-0 dinking the ball down the field or having just explosive passing plays ,and opponent will believe that they could have won the game with a few breaks. Crush his spirit and take his soul is the only way to play the game.
