Not a Vivobook, but I installed Windows on a some Asus NUCs a few weeks ago. I used the Asus Download Center to download the driver package for my specific model. I installed Windows then installed the driver pack from Asus.
You don't have to hunt for specific drivers. Asus has already assembled them for you. If you're worried about bloatware, just have Windows search the driver pack for missing drivers.

The Pixel call screening feature is a must have for me.
As an introvert myself, I think Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World That Can't Stop Talking would be a brilliant selection for both you and your daughter. It could spark some really helpful conversations about how you both see the world.

It's been years since I've read either author. For Hemingway, I prefered The Old Man and the Sea over For Whom the Bell Tolls. And for Twain, I liked Adventures of Huckleberry Finn more than The Adventrues of Tom Sawyer. What else do you recommend? Maybe The Sun Also Rises or A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur’s Court?

Steinbeck is the greatest American author. Who’s better? I'm not looking to argue. If someone is better, I want to read them. Name an author and a book, and I'll read it.

Agreed, my comp is fine but can't upgrade to 11? Makes no sense.
It make sense. Windows 11 uses a hardware-backed security model. Your computer doesn't have the required hardware, or it isn't enabled. Therefore, it cannot run Windows 11.

I have it. It still has a wake word. It's a modern AI with a selection of natural sounding voices. It listens for a bit after it's initial response, so you can have a conversation with it.

The shortcomings of how poorly it handles accessing resources on the physical box really suck.
The desktop edition of Hyper-V is a stripped-down version. To get full hardware passthrough support, you need the server edition of Hyper-V. Also, you could have created a floppy disk image in Windows 10 and mount it in your Windows XP VM.
I’m going to miss the Southwest Classic. A&M is Arkansas’s most-played SEC rival, and Arkansas is A&M’s second most-played. We kept the rivalry alive through expansions and realignments, only for this latest one to kill it.

Arkansas should have been Texas, A & M and Ole Miss.
Yup, goodbye Southwest Classic. A&M is Arkansas’s most-played SEC rival, and Arkansas is A&M’s second most-played. That was a natural matchup, and the SEC just threw it away.
How do they go from

They are now using the term 'annual opponent' instead of 'permanent rival.' These opponents will be reviewed every four years. This suggests we'll be 'stuck' with opponents who are not rivals, but hopefully for a limited duration of no more than four years.
