Anyone have any recommendations? We are building a house in Abita Springs and need to have cable run . Walls are open now and we have a few weeks to get it done.

I was fortunate I ran all my speaker, and Ethernet cables in my house. Saved a ton of money, not difficult to do, but man legs and back were sore for a week afterwards.
