Last year, Alabama was the best team ever and this year Ohio state was the most complete team.

If you can't see the difference between '19 LSU offense with Joe Burrow and '18 Alabama offense with Tua, then there's nothing I can say to help you.
Also, as a starter, Tua played his worst in the biggest games. Joe, not so much.

As of right this second, yes it is. It has destroyed 2 top 10 defenses and 4 others in the top 50. Can you name the ones that would be considered better?
