LSU was ranked I think 3rd nationally when we dropped the program mid 80’s. All the kids from up north who didn’t get the Penn State or Iowa offers came to LSU.
For being a southern state, Louisiana actually has an awesome wrestling environment especially in New Orleans with all the catholic boys schools.

Vietnam had one of the highest survivability rates of any war with medivac choppers ferrying wounded soldiers to surgical units. Civil war the worst by a long shot as any wound could lead to infection or amputation and battlefield surgery was horrendous

Great to see some recognition for our O lineman. Listen to this board enough and you would swear we didn't't even have one. Scheme not talent was our issue this year. Vadal with the SEC nod and Clapp gets AA status for the freshman. Congrats to our Tigers!!!!

Greatest single season rushing performance in LSU's storied history and best you can say is "manhandled in the trenches"?? You sir obviously know nothing about O Line play!! Bama manhandled us upfront by rolling 8 NFL quality players into the box. Our inability to adjust caused that train wreck and with no one respecting our passing game this unit faces defensive schemes predicated on one thing and that is selling out to stop the run!!!! Those who can't see that simple level of scheme in a game are hopeless

Minus McNeese game this O Line still helped produce LSU's single season rushing leader in LF. Hardly a "bad" group!! Scheme was biggest issue against the better teams as when Bama put 8 NFL caliber players in the box WTH you expect. Certainly needed better play as scheme was not everything but your assessment tells me you you know little about line play. Best single season rushing total in LSU's HISTORY and you think this group sucks??

Must be a reason Pocic at LG and Clapp at C. First group out on day one had Clapp at LG and Pocic at C with Brumfield at RG. Seriously doubt an incoming freshman (Teuhema)who was not an early enrolle would be ready to challenge. I think this is your starting 5 opening game

I for one despise people who feel it necessary to bash a recruit on a website for anything. Opinions are fine but when one crosses the line and makes statements that can be per ieved as bashing it has gone way to far. I will also say that if we think a recruit bases his decision on what he reads on a recruiting message board then we all are taking ourselves and this hobby a little to serious

Stupid Brother Martin?? You are the stupid one to think BrM has control over scheduling! Just like complaining and blaming LSU for schedule times. Due to shared stadiums the "stupid Catholic league" is forced to play on Saturdays. Is what it is as no one is more disappointed that the BrM game next week starts at 7:00 on Saturday!

yes and he has looked great. Carrying some good weight and still getting second level on linebackers. Plays mean and finishes blocks
