How much improvement can we expect realistically on O-Line next season? It was rough watching us get man handled in the trenches. It was like we had 5
T-Bob Heberts as our down lineman. 3 yards in the backfield almost every down.

Barring injury, it's likely the three freshmen will be moderately to drastically improved. The OL will be better next year IMO.

I hope they are Bama better next year. Some creative play-calling would help as well.

Really it was 3 games they played poorly. And the ole Miss game was more penalties than being pushed around. I attribute that to the 3 frosh playing and the fact the coach was being fired.

Yeah some guys prob playing out of position, but I understand if promises were made to keep guys from leaving. And honestly I still felt like they played the best 5. Need to find someone to play center. Want pocic at LT.

Every spring Miles gushes over the fact that its the "Best offensive line" he's seen. So expect improvement

Talking shite about a former player to prove a point is pathetic.

in that span of 3 losses, that was the worst O line play i've ever seen on an LSU team and grimes needs to be fired

Greatest single season rushing performance in LSU's storied history and best you can say is "manhandled in the trenches"?? You sir obviously know nothing about O Line play!! Bama manhandled us upfront by rolling 8 NFL quality players into the box. Our inability to adjust caused that train wreck and with no one respecting our passing game this unit faces defensive schemes predicated on one thing and that is selling out to stop the run!!!! Those who can't see that simple level of scheme in a game are hopeless

I don't know. O line is becoming like the qb. Keep saying they will be better but never seems to happen. I am excited about the freshman though. I would like to see Clapp at C, kick out Pocic to left tackle, then move Tehuma to right tackle and then Valentine Okeke and Weathersby at guards. Also don't know about Dodd, Brumfield, Malone, etc. Also guys like McGee and Brown. Plus the studs coming in for next season.
