He's contributing in other ways, but we desperately need his outside shooting to get back on track against Auburn.

We need to try and establish our 3 ball better. I know it’s not our game, but we need to have more than 1 guy who can hit from deep. I’m not expecting us to shoot 40% from the 3 and make 10 a game, but we need to be shooting better than 20% from the arc obviously.

I agree. That's one thing we're lacking this year - a pure shooter. Smart can make some 3's but he's more of a scorer than a shooter.

The first couple games of his slump he was barely missing. He’s probably over correcting now.

What is impressive is the fact that he still plays extremely hard even when shots aren't falling. His defense on Weatherspoon late in the 2nd half and OT was huge. That guy was killing us and Mays shut him down late.
