Looking at a company called ServiceNow. What can one expect knowing its footprint is huge.

The Fortune 500 companies love the product ServiceNow provides. It seems the AI impact has been absorbed and its CEO is confident ServiceNow can utilize AI to really "turn up the volume" regarding even more effecient product delivery.
Is now a great time to get in?

Thread on SaaS, mainly NOW
Buy it at $70
I’m also intrigued by WDAY and CRM.
Listen to this. Big Software discussion in the middle:

I'm somewhat biased, but I think now is better positioned than other saas companies. That said, the AI impact has yes to be fully realized.
Disclaimer - I own a ton of now stock and need it to go up

The AI component tells me to expect great things from Now. However, I feel there is a lot more pessimism right now that is not reflected in the current price. Like the fella earlier, $70 is obviously a great number to hope for.

Their actual product is rotten garbage. I doubt the stock collapses but man i wish it would and i wish they would go out of business.

Is this the CEO with a vision problem, and wears sunglasses 100% of the time?
It’s a weird thing to see a CEO be interviewed with sunglasses on every single time.

I work for an enterprise that has ServiceNow and it is hot garbage. I will also say, there are no other SaaS products or services that come close to it right now.
If they would just work on providing a better product instead of shoving AI down customers throats....

I do know the CEO has a stellar reputation for creating value. What he did with SAP SE was incredible. I do not know anything about his eyesight.

This. I don't no anybody who likes the product that actually uses it. It is incredibly difficult to work with.

The organization I work for recently switched from Service Now to Ivanti Neurons. It’s like a Temu Service Now. I swear, it’s like they took Service Now and engineered it to make everything more difficult.
We’re supposedly saving a bunch of money though but everyone hates it, along with the Indian conquest of out entire IT dept, but that’s a topic for the Poly board.
