Reality = LSU + Game "up for grabs/went down" till the Very Last Play!

Not as much as Tiger Stadium, but the Crowd Noise.....the energy, passion and emotion......was definitely a contributing factor which added significant, increased pressure on many new/key LSU players which had NEVER experienced the likes of jacked up SEC stadium!
I already know that many Rantards will diminish and downvote the reality, relevance of effectively competing in such a difficult environment on the road against a very good team; yet they know for a fact the massive "effect + difference" Tiger Fans in Death Valley have on visiting teams playing in Tiger Stadium!
No other Stadium or Fanbase has that very definite, actual "edge + effect" to "will a win" like Tiger Fans in Tiger Stadium. But last night, @ Ole Miss, was unique! And the Rebels had that energy and effect.
It's far more difficult to effectively think, compete, play under those circumstances than almost everyone here on TD could/would understand or know!
Proud of the Tigers! They are a new team and need time to sync, adjust. Leavitt will improve, hopefully, but he also might not. He has not so far. Therefore, Landon Clark, who has basically played perfect, should NOW be given the opportunity to see/learn his upside (or downside) potential. Playing Landon Clark during key moments/games might be the very best thing for Leavitt. It could even save his current/future career!
Some players simply perform their best under pressure, during games. Clark appears VERY comfortable, confident during games. We won't know till Clark is given that opportunity. We have seen the upside/downside of Leavitt. We are going to need better QB play in many/most upcoming games this season.

Excellent post.
I am glad we are already playing this well. Much improved over last year. Need to keep getting better and have players step up to take leadership in spots Needed a few more plays being made last night.
And yes to seeing more Landen Clark. Glad he stepped in last night to clap on field !!
