Yearly how does Mike Hoss still have a job?

I remember last year having to listen to the first preseason game while on the road. Saints were driving at the end of the 1st and Shough had a nice throw for a first down. Instead of saying which young receiver trying to make the team had the reception (you know, the kind of shite Saints fans are interested in), those 2 chucklefricks Hoss and Deuce went on for 10 minutes about the ref calling the wrong player’s # on a penalty 2 plays earlier.

Yeah I have no clue how someone with such a horrible voice ends up being the radio voice. And even beyond that he's just terrible and so cringe with some of the shite he says.
