i didn't watch the first few episodes, but i did watch the recap last week and now i'm intrigued. i love end of the world/alien doomsday stuff, it's my guilty vice.

I didn't have any desire to watch this series when I was a kid, I don't have any desire to see this one.

That was definitely really predictable. It was solid, but it didn't cover much ground tonight IMO. Isn't there only suppose to be like 2 or 3 mote episodes?

I thought the scene with the lizard sex was predictable. Realized where that was going when she was in a robe sniffing those guys. You're right, not a lot of new ground covered, but, I enjoyed it. At least now we know what the R6 does and that the news guy is totally Anna's bitch.

Originally 13 episodes were approved but then I think the Powers That Be balked at the expense and worried about the show getting good ratings so they split it into 2 series of 4 episodes.
SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS
Ok, I know characters in horror movies act stupid and out of the realm of reality, but why in the hell did the FBI chick not drag the damn alien lizard to as many news operations as possible, post a vid of it on You Tube and then dump the body PIECES at as many hospitals as possible.
Telling the other lizard to get rid of the body was one of the dumbest things I have ever seen. Even B-Movie horror character would say WTF at that idiotic move.
Oh and the whole eating the guy after sex was just silly. Got a whole spaceship full of food and she needed to eat the guy. That was done for no other reason than shock value and instead of shock I found it silly.
Would have made more sense if she had said damn dude what was that like 10 seconds. And then bit his head off in anger. That would have made more sense.
