I’m pretty sure it’s Tyler Nordgren, Director Of Operations.
I would say LB is our biggest need now, that and TE.
Yea, he draws Zach Lavine comparisons.

In the Purple-Gold World Series, Pearson hit a ball that still hasn't landed.
I don't think we have offered him yet, but a lot of the big schools have just started recruiting him, so if we offer, we wouldn't be far behind in the race.

12 LSU guys total. 10 from the 2022 Class.

Current LSU Players:
Jacob Berry- 4
Cade Doughty- 35

Class of 2022 Guys:
Mikey Romero- 40
Tucker Toman- 51
Justin Crawford- 53
Paxton Kling- 56
Jared Jones- 59
Chase Shores- 61
Gavin Guidry- 62
Michael Kennedy- 67
Brady Neal- 68
Jaden Noot- 79

Murray will prob start at Shooting Guard now with Adam Miller out. He or Gaines will slide in there I’m assuming or you could go big and put Mwani at the 2 and put Eason in there.

LSU Basketball Projected Starters

Posted by TrevTiger on 10/20/21 at 1:11 pm
A lot of options for the starting lineup and we'll get a better idea of the rotation with the scrimmage against Nicholls this weekend, but here's my prediction with the season right around the corner.

PG: Xavier Pinson- Veteran Presence, could really be a big asset.

SG: Adam Miller- Real excited about Miller, could really set the tone on offense and defense.

SF: Mwani Wilkinson- According to Will Wade, Wilkinson has made a huge jump, could be a very valuable 6th man as well.

PF: Darius Days- One of the most important pieces to this team, when he does well, the team usually follows.

C: Efton Reid- Big Time Potential, big presence down low and has shown the ability to shoot the ball.

6th Man: Tari Eason- Bring the energy, could be similar to a guy like Emmitt Williams, could start as well.

7th Man: Eric Gaines- could be an outstanding on ball defender for us with his combination of speed and length.

8th Man: Shareef O'Neal- Shareef has so much potential, if he can stay on the court this year he could play a big role.

9th Man: Brandon Murray- Very talented freshman, can score and defend.

10th Man: Alex Fudge- Forward with a great combination of Size, Length, and Athleticism.

Other names to look out for:
1: Justice Williams- Could push his way into the lineup with his skill-set.
2: Jerrell Colbert- Great length, big potential, could be a great shot-blocker for us.

Really Hard to predict this lineup going into the season with all of the options, but this gives you an idea of the likely players you will see play a role.Real excited about this team! Boot Up!
:geauxtigers:
Yep, he hasn’t been playing though, I think he’s out with an injury.
He will have a chance, but if Drost hits he stays.
Starting Lineup:
CF- Dylan Crews- Hasn’t hit in the scrimmages yet, but we know Dylan Crews.

1B- Tre Morgan- Same as Crews, but once again we know Tre can hit, and his defense at first is exceptional.

3B- Jacob Berry- Seems like every ball that comes off his bat his 100+ MPH. Real Real Talent.

LF- Gavin Dugas- Huge Power.

2B- Cade Doughty- Always has had a lot of potential, just needs to stay consistent with his swing because this guy has the talent.

RF- Brody Drost- If Drost can keep consistent with his bat there’s no way you can take him out of the lineup, he has big power, ball jumps off his bat.

SS- Jordan Thompson- Looked great at short this weekend. Also really hit.

DH- Brayden Jobert- Jobert can really swing it, a lot of different options with the lineup for Jay Johnson.

C- Alex Milazzo- I think if the hitting improves even just slightly it’s his job to lose behind the plate, just to valuable back there with his arm and has a lot of experience.

Other Players of Note:
Jack Merrifield- 3B/2B. This kid can really glove it, won JUCO National defensive player of the year last year, bat impressed me this week.

Blaise Priester- This kid has so much pop. Hit one over the bleachers Thursday and took one out to the deepest part of left center Friday. Big Arm behind the plate.

Cade Beloso- Always has that potential with the bat.

Gio Digiacomo- Plus speed, great glove, can hit.

Josh Stevenson- Younger brother of Andrew, this kid showed out in center today, really surprised me with the bat this week, can really swing it.

There are many others as well who will likely have a chance to crack a lineup. Lots of guys that can play and make a difference .

Starting Pitchers: Variety of options here.

Friday- Eric Reyzelman- Sat 93-95 today with his heater if he can stay in the zone, could be one of the best arms in the SEC next year.

Saturday- Ty Floyd- Real Stuff, like Reyzelman if he can stay around the strike zone he can be pretty effective.

Sunday- Cale Lansville- Great Pitchability, Curve looked great today, as he gets more experience should just get better and better.

Midweek- Bryce Collins - Like his pitchabilty, good fastball, lot of options here.

Bullpen Arms:
Garret Edwards- Could easily be in the starting rotation.

Devin Fontenot- I see him closing some games, Jay Johnson had said he wants to use his pitchers like the Rays so we can see all kinds of things with these pitchers.

Blake Money- If he can be consistent, could be a big piece for us.

Paul Gervase- Imposing presence on the mound. Fastball was around 92-94. Can be a real weapon.

Ma’Khail Hilliard- We know about the curve, could start some games as well.

Javen Coleman- Could be a great lefty arm out of the pen or starting a game.

There are lots of guys not on here that I’m forgetting right now, but these are a few of the notables. Several Freshmen Arms that can really help us.

If anyone wants anymore information about a player just let me know.

Disclaimer: These could be way off, just my projections and some of my thoughts as of now after the first couple weeks of scrimmages.

Lansville had a very good 1st inning. Curveball looked great and was spotting it up, I want to say he had 2 or 3 K’s his first inning, just lost his stuff a bit in his 2nd inning.
