Sunny's Steakhouse was one of the better dining experiences I have had. Cool place and extremely good food.
Macchialina had very good Italian.
Taquiza is in Miami Beach that may be worth checking out if you are close. Their tacos were good, but they had some chips with guac that were extremely good. Very unique

Played last weekend, and the course is in really good shape. Could be my favorite layout in the greater New Orleans area

Agreed - played a couple of weeks ago and was shocked at the condition. Especially after paying $100+

Agree with these 2 posts. I played about a month ago, and I was shocked at the conditions. It has been a couple years since I played here - used to love playing the course, but to pay $105 to play out there for the condition it was in, pretty disappointing.
