2019 (Reid and Williams)
2015 (Simmons and Blakeney)
And while they weren't being ranked the, Dale signed multiple classes that would have had multiple 5* players
Of course, I don't believe the OP's report. I was told the only reason Wade was able to sign 5 star players in his first stint is because he was paying players and no one else was. We were told to wait to see what the recruiting looked like when everyone could pay players

While I’m excited about the future LSU team/season, I will not call Will Wade “the General”. That moniker was taken and belongs to the late Robert Montgomery Knight…
When and if Wade wins at least. 3 national titles, then I’ll consider it.

Saying the last four years were awful isn’t a direct shot at McMahon, it’s just the truth. We gave MM resources last season and we were still bad. Not all his fault, but the fact remains the last four years were miserable for LSU basketball fans.
