Lawd! I ended up at 3 lbs beans, 2lb andouille, 3 hocks and the bone of a spiral cut ham. Fed my 13 and then some stragglers.
Sorry for any perceived abruptness in my reply to whoever that was. I should have been clearer. My normal five is three slight women/girls, a teen boy and me. Not representative of 11 teen boys so that was my question; i should have been more explicit. The math says 3 pound is safe. And goodness me Walmart was open on this holiday weekend and i got some hocks.

Not sure how old you are but here is ProTip for life. Don't make stupid ASSumptions! I am a male, which if you could read should have been clear. I have 4 damn pounds of Camelias and Verons Andouille because I wasn't sure if i could get them in P'cola. I was just asking for input and you have none...but you just couldn't help chiming in. Cute.

I am cooking for 11 dumbasses and two other more seasoned dumbasses (me and another dad), so 13 in total at Spring Break tomorrow. I usually cook a pound for my family of 5 with leftovers but I don't really know if I could feed another five on the same pot. TIA
The best term I have heard for this is "aggressive ignorance".

I have an Obsidian 9 and had an endcap strike as well. I just attributed it to not retightening as I shot. Hasn't happened again.
We cant see the port so I am guessing Cap saw the piling too late and veered hard starboard and caught it right by the console on port side?
I don't know of any in BR, but that's not to say there aren't any. I have Loretta and Frank Kight in Bay Saint Louis reupholstering my whole boat. I dont know their number but call Atlantic Marine over there and they can connect you and there is an outfit called Melo's in Jackson, MS that was recommended to me but I dont have their number either. They did a buddy's wake boat.
